Bo is a founding member of the firm. He represents a diverse group of clients in business and estate planning matters. Some of these clients include banking institutions, construction companies, real estate brokerages, and government entities. He also writes a weekly newspaper column, The Legal Lowdown, which provides straightforward answers to common legal questions.
Bo earned an academic scholarship and attended UCLA Law School. He interned with Chief Justice Christine M. Durham of the Utah Supreme Court and later worked as an associate for Barney McKenna & Olmstead, P.C.
He has been a member of the Rotary Club and the Exchange Club. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he serves on the advisory board of Bank of Nevada in Mesquite and is also a board member of an international adoption agency.
Bo and his wife Tammy have three sons and one daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, writing music, and plays guitar in a local band called Running With Scissors.
